Client Compliance Pre-Treatment

1. Discontinue the use of exfoliants, glycolic acid, benzoyl peroxide, alpha hydroxy acids, and other sensitizing skin care products within 1 week of treatment.
2. Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and tanning products for at least 1 week prior to treatment.
3. Report all new medications, skin diseases, allergies, cold sores, eczema and/or other conditions to the technician.
4. Avoid use of retinol/retinoids, and avoid use of any other aesthetic products or fillers for 1 week.
5. Avoid waxing or threading the treatment area for 1 week.
6. Advise technician if the RF treatment must be re-scheduled.
7. Advise technician if there is a chance you may be pregnant.

Client Compliance Post-Treatment

1. Avoid direct sun exposure and apply a soothing cream or medicated cream as directed.
2. Gently cleanse the treated area and apply sun protection SPF 30 every 2-3 hours during the post-treatment period for a period of up to 5 days.
3. Avoid additional heat sources (e.g., saunas, hot tubs, hot showers) and avoid alcohol consumption for at least 48 hours post-treatment.
4. Do not apply exfoliants, glycolic acid, retinol, or any other stimulating products to the treated area.
5. Avoid tight clothing or non-breathable fabrics on the treated area. Consider wearing loose, cotton-based clothing.
6. Drink 6–8 glasses of water daily post-treatment (1 L/min) — more if highly recommended.
7. It is highly encouraged to explore a healthy diet program that suits your personal health and weight goals.
8. The treatment should not interfere at all with normal life activities.
